Responsibilities as a Showroom Sales Consultant:

Your responsibilities:
- Warm and professional welcome, along with personalised advice for our customers
- In-depth development of product knowledge about our jewellery collections from materials and design features to the craftsmanship that defines our brand
- Dedicated work towards achieving and exceeding both personal and team sales targets, always with a strong focus on delivering excellent, customer-oriented service
- Ensuring exceptional customer service that leaves a positive and lasting impression with every interaction
- Independent organisation and maintenance of the presentation area to ensure an inspiring and aesthetically pleasing shopping experience
Requirements as a Showroom Sales Consultant:
- At least 1–2 years of experience in high-end retail, ideally in the jewellery industry, with a proven track record of sales success
- Confident handling of discerning clientele and a strong sense for delivering excellent service
- Professional and confident telephone manner, even in consultation-intensive situations
- Strong solution-oriented mindset and the ability to develop creative approaches, even in challenging circumstances
- High resilience and reliability in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
- Proactive, goal-driven work style combined with a genuine passion for creating exceptional customer experiences
