From Talent Link Work Force, an international recruitment and selection agency specializing in Retail, Fashion, and Luxury, is looking for an E-commerce Manager, for our client in Lisbon.
In our recruitment and training consultancy, we work with various companies in the luxury, premium, and high-premium sectors across Europe and have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Munich, and Amsterdam.
Key Responsibilities:
- Category ownership: Lead and grow the Accessories category, managing overall business performance (sales, margin, availability, NPS).
- Product lifecycle management: Define and execute portfolio strategy, coordinating launches, phase-outs, and lifecycle optimization.
- Performance analysis: Monitor sales and margin KPIs, identify growth levers, and propose data-driven action plans.
- Cross-functional leadership: Act as the strategic interface between marketing, product development, customer service, and supply chain teams.
- Customer-centric mindset: Use customer feedback and market insights to continuously improve the category offer and experience.
- Go-to-market excellence: Ensure successful launches and campaigns in collaboration with brand and performance marketing teams.
- Market intelligence: Track trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviors to refine strategy.
- Team & project leadership: Manage and mentor a junior team member while driving or contributing to EU-wide strategic projects.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business development, e-commerce, or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering business results through data and collaboration.
- Strategic, structured thinker with analytical strength and an entrepreneurial, customer-first mindset.
- Ability to balance short-term results with long-term category growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate meaningful insights from data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Fluency in English and French and knowledge of of Portuguese
