From Talent Link Work Force, International Recruitment and Specialised Training Consultancy, we are looking for an Assistant Store Manager on behalf of one of our clients, a fast growing Sportswear brand, for their store in Breda.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and motivating the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience in line with brand standards.
- Assist in inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising.
- Handle daily store operations including opening, closing, cash management, and reporting.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
- Monitor store KPIS and provide regular feedback to the Store Manager.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including health and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a fast paced environment
- Strong team leadership skills
- Ability to drive sales results based on regular KPIs analysis
- Strong customer service drive
- Knowledge of CRM processes and clientelling
- Dutch and english proficiency
Salary:
- Basic salary up to €37.000,00
- Bonus on target achievement
